Effective September 27, 2026
This agreement covers ATLAS, an internal CFO and QuickBooks integration tool owned and operated for the ATLAS operator. The sole intended user and licensee is the operator.
Subject to this agreement, The operator may use ATLAS for personal and business bookkeeping, accounting organization, and CFO analysis. ATLAS is not licensed for resale, public access, or use by other people without the owner’s permission.
The operator is responsible for authorizing the connection to their QuickBooks Online account, keeping access credentials secure, reviewing outputs, and deciding whether any bookkeeping or financial action is correct. ATLAS is an assistance tool, not a substitute for a qualified accountant, tax professional, lawyer, or financial adviser.
ATLAS uses Intuit’s QuickBooks Online APIs. Intuit/QuickBooks Online is a separate third-party service governed by its own terms and policies. Changes or outages in that service may affect ATLAS.
ATLAS is provided as an internal tool on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every accounting purpose. The operator should verify important information against QBO and source records.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable United States law, ATLAS and its owner are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the tool. Access may be stopped at any time. The operator may stop using ATLAS and revoke its QBO authorization at any time.
Questions about this agreement may be sent to hey@itsatlas.ai. This agreement is governed by applicable United States law.
