ATLAS is an internal CFO and QuickBooks integration tool for the ATLAS operator. It is not a public service and its sole intended user is the operator.
ATLAS may handle QuickBooks Online (QBO) OAuth access and refresh tokens, account and company identifiers, and financial and bookkeeping information retrieved from QBO through its API. It may also create limited technical logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the tool.
This information is used only to provide a personal and business bookkeeping assistant: connecting to QBO, reading or organizing accounting information, and supporting bookkeeping and CFO analysis for the operator.
ATLAS does not sell personal or financial information. Information is sent to Intuit/QuickBooks Online as needed to authenticate and use the QBO integration, and may be processed by service providers that host or operate the internal tool. Those providers are used only to support the tool and are not authorized to sell the information.
Data is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above. The operator can revoke ATLAS’s QBO access in Intuit and request deletion of stored ATLAS data. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.
